This works better for my Shih Tzu than prana, which is the name of the other one I bought.I noticed with this one he really wasn’t licking so much , which is a sign of Cushing’s . Both helped his nervous system but this one has the edge. Within two days he was a new dog.I also use pet well-being, adrenal harmony, the urinary tract & kidney drops. He’s running around like he’s a puppy / everyone is shocked that he’s 11.So I always think the more expensive one is the better one, but this is the unique case we’re actually the cheaper one works better for my 11-year-old Shih Tzu with Cushing’s.I give him only organic meat& fish, and I steam vegetables ( no oxalates)
It seems to be helping I will continue to use. I put it in her dog food because she doesn't want to eat it by itself.

It's doing something. My terrier mix hasn't coughed lately and we're about two months in a half pill a day. She's had cloudy eyes lately and they now look very clear and shiny.

I highly recommend this for your dog if he/she is coughing up a fur ball and lethargic. It has done wonders for my dog. She is pretty much back to herself with all her energy . I’d give it a 10 , if possible
